Juniper Green Energy, incorporated in 2011 and headquartered in New Delhi, is a renewable energy independent power producer with operations across solar, wind, and hybrid projects. The company develops, owns, and operates utility-scale renewable power projects and provides in-house engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and operations & maintenance (O&M) services. As of March 31, 2025, Juniper Green had 3.1 GW of operational capacity and a pipeline of approximately 4.8 GW under construction and development. Over 97% of its operational capacity is tied to long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with reputed counterparties. The company is promoted by Arvind Tiku, Hemant Tikoo, Niharika Tiku, AT Holdings, and Juniper Renewable Holdings.
