IPO Data

IPO timelines, price bands, lot sizes, subscription status, and listing performance are compiled from authorized sources including SEBI, NSE, and BSE filings and exchange disclosures. Subscription figures are shown only when officially published.

Mutual Fund NAV

Fund names, categories, and NAV history are sourced from AMFI India daily NAV disclosures. We focus on Direct-Growth plans where applicable for fair comparison.

Monthly Holdings & Changes

Mutual fund portfolio holdings are parsed from monthly AMC disclosure files published on fund house websites, as mandated by SEBI. IPOFins normalizes fund names across AMCs, deduplicates overlapping files, and computes month-over-month additions, removals, and weight changes. Coverage grows as new AMC files are processed each month.

IPOFins Score

Where shown, the IPOFins Score is a quantitative rating based on available financials, valuation context, sector data, and issue structure. It is a research aid—not a buy or sell recommendation. Scores are only displayed when sufficient data is available.

Shareholding Pattern (SHP)

Quarterly shareholding pattern filings published on NSE and BSE list every shareholder owning 1% or more of a company (excluding promoters in our 1% Club view). IPOFins parses these XML/PDF disclosures to build per-stock holder lists and links them to curated investor profiles where names can be reliably matched.

1% Club

The 1% Club shows all non-promoter shareholders at or above the 1% threshold for each covered stock. Holders matched to a curated super-investor profile are labelled; unmatched names appear as “mystery” holders until entity resolution improves. Stake percentages and quarter labels reflect the latest parsed SHP filing for that stock.

Super Investors & Entity Resolution

Our Super Investors directory tracks a curated set of well-known Indian investors. Filing names (including trusts, HUFs, and corporate vehicles) are mapped to profiles using alias lists, manual curation, and automated entity-resolution rules. We avoid aggressive fuzzy matching that could attribute holdings to the wrong person. Portfolio values use quarter-end prices where available from our holdings pipeline.

SAST (Substantial Acquisition of Shares)

SAST disclosures on NSE/BSE report when an acquirer crosses regulatory thresholds (e.g. 2%, 5%, 10%). These filings supplement quarterly SHP data and can surface stake changes between quarter ends. IPOFins ingests SAST where available as an additional signal feed alongside SHP.
