How overlap is calculated

For each stock held by all selected funds, we take the smallest portfolio weight (% of NAV) among those funds and add it up. That total is the overlap percentage — the same method used for pairwise fund overlap on IPOFins.

Example: if Fund A holds HDFC Bank at 8% and Fund B at 6%, that stock contributes 6% to the two-fund overlap. Common holdings lists every stock name in that intersection.
