As of December 31, 2025, the company manages Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹19,814 crore and serves a massive user base of over 125 million registered users, with a significant 79% of its customers coming from Tier-2 cities and beyond. Financially, Moneyview has demonstrated hyper-growth, with its Revenue from Operations surging 74.25% year-on-year to ₹2,339.15 crore in FY25 and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹240.28 crore. The proposed IPO features a fresh issue of ₹1,500 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 13.6 crore shares by promoters and marquee investors like Accel and Tiger Global.
