About Truhome Finance
Truhome Finance Limited (formerly known as Shriram Housing Finance Limited) is a premier affordable housing finance company (HFC) in India, currently the third-largest in its segment by Assets Under Management (AUM). Following its acquisition by global private equity firm Warburg Pincus in December 2024, the Mumbai-based firm rebranded to Truhome to align with its new strategic positioning. As of December 31, 2025, the company reported an AUM of ₹21,124.32 crore, serving a predominantly self-employed customer base through a pan-India network of 216 branches across 19 states. Financially, the company has exhibited strong growth, recording a Total Income of ₹1,905.48 crore and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹286.24 crore for FY25, maintained by a healthy asset quality with Net Stage-3 assets at 1.09%. The proposed ₹3,000 crore IPO consists of an equal split between a fresh issue of ₹1,500 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹1,500 crore by promoter Mango Crest Investment Ltd. The proceeds are primarily earmarked for augmenting the capital base to meet future lending requirements and ensuring strict compliance with RBI’s capital adequacy norms.
