Augmont Enterprises Limited is an integrated gold and silver platform serving businesses and consumers across India. Its operations cover procurement and refining of gold and silver, bullion trading, digital gold and silver offerings, jewellery manufacturing, international sales and technology support for gold-backed financial services. The company conducts enterprise sales through its Augmont SPOT platform, which enables jewellers, bullion dealers and manufacturers to purchase gold and silver bars online for physical delivery. Its consumer-focused Augmont Gold For All platform enables customers to buy, sell and store gold and silver digitally, purchase gold through systematic investment plans, buy coins and access technology support for gold loans. The company manufactures gold jewellery at its unit in Sitapur SEZ, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and sells products in international markets, including Hong Kong, Turkey and the UAE. It operates gold and silver refining units in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand and Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company also procures refined bullion and doré bars from domestic and international sources. Use of proceeds: The IPO consists of both a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale (OFS). Net proceeds from the OFS will go to the respective selling shareholders, while the net proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised for the following purposes: Funding future working capital requirements towards procurement, maintenance and scaling up of inventory and funding advance margin requirements for procurement of inventory by the company — Rs 465 crore General corporate purposes
