Molbio Diagnostics Limited is a point-of-care diagnostics company engaged in developing and manufacturing diagnostic technologies for infectious and non-communicable diseases. Its main product is the Truenat platform, a portable molecular diagnostics system comprising the Trueprep nucleic acid extraction device, Truelab real-time PCR analysers, and disease-specific Truenat test kits. As of March 31, 2026, the company offered molecular testing for 30 diseases through 43 assays, including tuberculosis, COVID-19, hepatitis B and C, HIV, and HPV. Through its subsidiaries and collaborations, the company also provides radiology products, digital pathology solutions, and breast health screening devices. Its research and development (R&D) activities are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bigtec Private Limited, with its R&D unit based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company has six manufacturing facilities in India, including two in Goa and others in Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam, and Pune.
